Today marked the retiral of our Session Clerk, Colin Bain, after 10 years as Session Clerk and 5o years as an elder of the Church of Scotland. Click on ” Welcome” then “Online Services” then “5th February” to see the pictures after todays service.
Minister Retires from North Queensferry PC.
At the service on the morning of 29th January the Rev Colin Alston retired as Minister of NQPC after 10 years of service. A presentation from the congregation to Colin and his wife, was followed by tea and coffee.
Shine a Light
Evadne Holligan, who is an elder in Inverkeithing, is participating in a 10 kilometre walk on Saturday 1st October for Shine a Light in Edinburgh to raise funds for Cancer Research. North Queensferry Church joined with the Nation in ringing its bell at noon today, 9th September, to mark the sad passing of HM Queen Elizabeth II.
